Liens Again
In dealing with liens mechanic, utilities or tax. how does that effect my SS wholesale can the property be sold with the liens being paid on the HUD 1 or do they need to be resolved before any sale. Also if the taxes were escrowed in the payments that are behind is that accounted in the SS offer bottom line will they be paid off of the Hud sattement or again must be cured before sale?
I am in my first SS it has a couple of liens and is behind on taxes

repairs just cosmetic 2-6k paint carpet already has windows which is one of the liens.
I am doing an intial offer of about 32,500 and hope to make 5-10k on the wholsale flip
