Letter To Potential Seller
I'm looking to write a letter to a number of property owners asking if they might be interested in selling their holdings. These are for multi-unit properties that are not preforeclosures or rehabs. Anotherwords, I don't really know at this point whether these are motivated sellers.
So would anyone be willing to share the text of a similar sort of letter they may have used?

Try several different letters, print each one on different colored paper or something. Mail 500 of each. Ask what color the paper is, track results.
If you use different colored paper after a while switch and check whether it is the paper color or the copy they are responding to.
