LENDING QUESTIONS FOR FORECLOSURE
In Ohio a 10k deposit the day of the sale must be made, and then your have 30 days to pay the sheriff for the property.
my problem is the owner is still in the house and may not let the appraiser in.
i have heard to get a drive by or comp appraisal.
and the sheriff cant remove current owner until i own it and i dont technically own it until i get appraised so that i can get my loan to pay the sheriff.
also is there a way to block the right of redemtion? so that the owner cannot keep the house ...
the guy has figured a way to avoid leaving the property for 7 years, with bankrupcyies, foreclosures, who knows what... a slippery type.
are there only certain bank that lend for foreclosused homes?
