Lenders That Don't Require Title Seasoning In NC
I am in Durham and must close quickly on a short sale. I have a buyer...need a lender for a simultaneous closing.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Matt,
You are correct, I plan to do a quick sale to another investor. (I try to stay away from the term "flip"! The home is under contract with the original homeowner and the lender has accepted a shortsale. I have buyer and would like to handle this all in one closing.
You seem to be saying that this is ok as long as I have a loan lined up; which isn't a problem, but I was hoping to avoid this because my buyers lender may have a title seasoning problem since the home will change hands twice at closing.
Any suggestions?
