Lenders On This Site
I am getting ready to close on a new SFH I will be holding as a rental. I contacted via email two of the lenders that advertise on this site. One of them never got back with me. The other emailed me back some very attractive rates.
We emailed back and forth several times discussing what I was looking for, and I then filled out a credit application for them. From our discussions I thought we were going to proceed with the loan. I just got the GFE from them and the fees to the broker (origination, etc,) are over 10% of the loan value.
This is on a regular loan and I have excellent credit (750+).
Are any of the lenders advertising on this site credible?
