Lenders For Lease Hold Tenures?
Hi guys, Im currently looking at a couple of properties that are a leasehold tenure, they are ultra cash flow positive and have options to convert to fee simple. The criteria I am looking for is at least 25 years left on the lease hold. What Im looking to know is, does anyone know of any lenders who can finance lease hold properties?
