Legal To Pay A RE Proffesional A Bonus?
The question is: How can I legally pay a RE professional (mortgage broker), a bonus (e.g. $500) for referring a short sale lead to me, a real estate investor?
Please advise me on this subject.

Never had a problem with Mail Boxes Etc being on my letters and postcards.
The gold in mailings is the return mail you get. Of course this will depend on what types of lists you are using.
I have run down several of the returned mailings on the SS frontier.
I too thought this would be more productive but have found that in this market it takes more work and effort than the results are worth.
I can find anyone after they have been gone for 2 months but it is hard to track them down when it has only been a couple of weeks.
