Legal Question Re:
I hold a UK passport and live in teh Bahamas. I am a visitor when i enter the US. Can I buy tax liens or do i need a work visa to do so? I have been to real estat elaw websites and can not find the answer. I can get a visa if necessary but did not really want to.
