Legal Forms Templates.

I have a moble office in my car with printer, internet access (gadget junkie). I am looking for templates for the most commonly used forms, contracts, deeds, offers, etc. Want to be able to just pull up a template.form, enter the relevant info, terms, etc., and have a contract or whatever, printed out all nice and pretty.
Any thing like that out there?
Thanks in advance!

Not trying to sell his courses, but Carlton Sheets has a very good set of forms that comes with his course. They come on a CD with the course. You can also find many free forms on the internet. Try looking on http://www.google.com for free real estate forms.[ Edited by esuccess on Date 01/10/2004 ]

I have seen the forms on the internet and courses, but none that are in a template format. I don't want to just edit the froms on a laptop, too cumbersome sitting in a car. I want them in a fill-in-the-blank application. Could probably do that myself, but darn, that's alot of typing for just 2 fingers.

I have set-up a OTP and Rental Lease into a template in Word. Not hard to do. When you are filling in the form, there are drop down boxes for city, offer price... I am willing to share - you will just need to change the drop downs for your area. Send me a private message with your e-mail.

At one time, I thought John Merchant was offering a bunch of real estate forms on disc for a nominal fee.

You might PM him and ask directly.
