Lee County-Fortmyers Florida Lis Pendens
Does any one know a source to get a court list or pre foreclosure lis pendens or a news paper that will advertise the foreclosures and adresses in Lee county and Fort Myers FLORIDA?
Check with the title companies. They will sell you a list of all their ourstanding liens or sometimes even give you the ones they know are in preforeclosure. Either way, with the list you could still do direct mailing.
