What Kind Of Marketing To You Use To Find Tennant Buyers

I am curious as to what types of marketing others are using to find tennat buyers for your lease optioned properties...????

I would like to put something in place to marekt for T/B's every 3-4 weeks so that I have a steady stream of them available.

Any thing anyone can share would be great.

    Best to focus on finding the Sellers. The T/B is not difficult to match to each property. A properly executed Open House will give you a good T/B list, although it will grow stale rather quickly (they will spend their money on something else). Some may wait if you can convince them you will have other homes available soon.

    I sometimes do an Open House (which requires a bit of planning to maximize the opportunity), but aside from that, I always use the same ad:

    NO QUALIFYING! No

    If you use your home phone, turn off the ringer at night. A motivated T/B will not hesitate call at 3 or 4 in the morning.
