TX Forms And Contracts
Hello everyone,
Any investors out there who do subject to and L/O deals in Texas?
I've purchased ABCs of subject to an EZ lease to own by Charlie and Randy France and Bob Meister, which btw. are great materials. I have been looking for an attorney to review the forms and contracts that came with the course, however without success so far. I've talked to 3 attorneys , all specialized in residential RE and got answers indicating that they don't even want to start with something like that because it's not worth their time and my money. One of them referred me to TX Bar Association to buy the promulated forms.
I am just wondering if this is normal or am I talking to wrong attorneys? Does anybody have any suggestions as far as good attorneys in San Antonio or maybe in Houston or Austin (I am in Corpus Christi), who might have an experience with this kind of stuff or a course material that includes forms good for Texas or any other suggestions to get over this hump.
