Reporting On Time Rent Payments
I have a lease option tenant that needs a little help raising his credit score. How can I report his on time rent payments to the credit bureaus?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If they pay you directly, have them pay you by check or money order. After one year, you can submit them to the lender of his choice and that would show one year of on time payments.
