Purch Option Sale To T/B
If I P/O a property for $100K and my T/B exercises their L/O to purchase 2 yrs later for $125K, how do I get the Seller to convey my assign to T/B and not mess witht the deal when he sees I'm getting $25K and also the T/B sees I'm getting $25K on top of the P/O price without owning it.
I'm by no means an expert, but your agreement with the seller and your agreement with the t/b are two separate issues. The seller gave you a purchase price if you chose to excercise your option, if your t/b decides to buy, he cashes you out, then you cash out the original seller.
If the closings are handled correctlly. Your seller should never know of the existence of your buyer.
