I think their books and information is great. I signed my first L/O last night using, basically, all of their concepts. They saved me a lot of money that I was ready to pay for but didn't need to. I.e., insurance, taxes, etc.
A month ago I cold called a I buy houses ad in a local paper to try to get some wholesale deals lined up. In talking to this guy we got on the subject of Finkle and Conti. He told me that he recently went thru their mentorship program (5 days??) and thought it was excellent. He said he has been investing for about 15 years and now partnered with somebody that had no experience. He said they both learned alot immediately.
He says he is doing 2 - 4 deals per week. I don't know if this is true, but he is going to forward me a bunch of leads for putting someone in my deal. So it sounds like he is doing good.
I have the home study course , purchased after a seminar I visited. I like their style. Don't know about a 3 day course
