Need Advice On Lease Option
I am looking at lease optioning a house for $34,000 worth $45,000. It is in move in condition. Should I go for the sandwich lease and find a tenant to LO to or should I LO with the intent to find a buyer to sell to and keep the difference? The house is free and clear. The house is in a semi saleable area
this is a question you must answer for youself. do you want all cash up front then sell. some cash, monthly cashflow, and lump sum cash at end of term then put a tentant/buyer in place..km[ Edited by kenmax on Date 09/29/2004 ]
