Maximizing rent
I have a duplex and am looking to maximize rent. One side has a Navy recruiter which the Navy pays for. Now if I could just do the same on the other side.. I am thinking college students, but does anyone know of any other garaunteed living assistance programs that would cut me the check each month. Section 8 makes the tenants pay for part. I am trying to get 900 for a large 2 bedroom.. 1 side already gets this so I know it is possible.. I am thinking matching roommates up from roommate.com. Any ideas? I already asked the Navy guy, but he doesn't know of any other military people. I don't know how to find more military people but am open to it

devitt23, If you wish target military personnel then I would post the apartment on the bulletin board at the Navy Exchange and the Commissary. Each Naval station has has a paper, you can place an ad in there also. That should get you as many calls as you can handle.
I called the exchange and I am putting an ad in the navy paper, but where is the exchange and commissiary in Cleveland OH
