I am in need of an investor to help me purchase a new, unbuilt home and lease option it to me. I need about a year to clear up some credit issues. I dont know how that goes with a new unbuilt home, that will be available in aug or sep...but I need help now to secure the lot as there are only 2 left and they are on a lake and perfect for my family's situation. oops for got area...code is 92551. The whole area is all new develpments and i could not find comp info.....The prices in the developments go as low as 189,999 but they are sold out. This lot can be gotten as low as 270,000 w/o all the fancy stuff....its 5 bdrooms plus loft 2700 sq.
