First time I was ever asked
Who is liable if t/b doesn't buy and trashes
the home on the way out.And for how much is
that liability.Have a nice day.
Buy the way if anybody does stand
liable is it spelled out in your contracts.
Of course the tenant is just like if they were renting. Damages are always addresed in just about any decent lease. Full damages minus resonable wear and tear. Easy to get judgement but you still have to collect. Tenant is responsible to who they rent from.

a little old lady ask me What happens if the
tennant trashes her home she just put 21000
in upgrades www.in.I'm just wondering how to word
it in the contract to ease her www.mind.I told her we stay on top of things till the t/buyer
closes on her property.What do you think?
