lease/rent/sell to an adult child
I am buying a condo for my working daughter. What is a good document to rent (lease) it to her for her to purchase in 3 to 5 years? I am more interested in tax savings than income and hope to avoid capital gains tax when she purchases. Tnx. HHH
To do what you want, this is a question best left to your attorney and tax advisor. They will be able to help you the most and will know the specifics of the deal you're trying to do.

Just use a standard lease agreement unless there's some reason she or you want's to ensure a right to buy.
Standard lease agreements and lease/option agreements are available from most any realtor and many sources online in your state.
