Lease Purchase?!!
Hi all, I am new to this site, but am told it is wonerful. I am presented with an opportunity to aquire a home for basically nothing, and am thinking of marketing it as a lease purchase. I am a little sceptical though because I have never done a lease purchase, and am not exactly sure how they work. If anyone has done one and has any comments please let me know.
