Lease/Option
I currently have my home on the market move in ready. I mean new everything with land in the country. I am thinking about a lease/option on it. Anybody done this before with a home you have owned. If so how well did it work? How about finding a tenant/buyer quickly. Just use traditional methods (ie) classifieds etc.? I appreciate any good advice.
