Lease Option Question
If I have a lease on a property and add an option to buy does that give me the right to to assign the option even if the lease says you can not unless it is in writing?
Also with the lease option are you able to sub-lease it to new tennant buyer after you have an option?
Does anyone have any good lease option contracts to use?

It is all in what the contract says that you signed. If sub-lease and assignments are things you want to do, then make sure they are included in the docs BEFORE you sign....
