lease option contract not valid?
angry that we have been taken for a ride ! entered into 2 yr. lease to own home at 5.000 down and 800 a mounth. however come to find out the man who did our lease was a crook, he made up tow deferint contracts, one for me and one for home owners ours is an asignment of lease with him as the land lord and it has no signiture from owners , also where ours says we put down 5.000 , on the owners contract he the invester put down only 3.000 and theres dose not have our signiture , so he took 2.000 and ran and if we would of not found the raw deal we would of paid for two years and thought we were going to not only have 5,000 for down but also a portion of the payments twards home we have only been in home 7 months and want out becouse of this we have been riped off , am i still held to make payments ? and can i get a refund? what do i do please help i live in oklahoma
