L/O Properties
Hello everybody:
How are these L/O properties located? For example , if I see a property listed under a real estate agent, should I contact them or the owner? Also, where do you guys get the proper paperwork?
Thanks

If you are wanting to find a property that you can assign to a lease purchaser, then I would look for properties that have been on the market a long time, or those listings that have expired. Realtors are not keen on l/o, as it defers theri commission. If you leave it to them to present to the seller, they usually try to steer the seller away from accepting.
Good Luck!
