How Hard Is It To Find Tenant Buyers?

For all the Lease/Option Investors...do you find it is hard to find tenant/buyers for your L/O properties?

I was just thinking if thats a market I could tap into...finding potential tenant/buyers for L/O investors.
Or is this generally not a problem for you?

Just wondering.

my area {nash. tn.} they l/o quickly. it depends on the location. you can run a add in the local paper and see what replies you get. ask what and where they are looking to l/o. make a prospective l/o list then look to buy your l/o property and already have potential l/o buyers. good luck........kenmax

Do you think there is a market out there for say something where I would generate leads for tenant buyers, do credit checks on them, and get them pre-approved for a L/O landlord?

Charge say 1/2 their down payment?

Hmmmm....good question. That's a nice little extra income there.

Anyway, I have seen 1 Rent to own article in 6 months in my local paper. Guess it really depends on the area. Rental market is really strong though.
