Got The Deal, Now The Contract Question
I will be getting my first lease/option this week. Its 6 yrs lease on a single family 4 bedroom 2.5 close to a great school district. I need to send out the lease/option subject to,contract this week. What is the best way to get a standard contract for lease/options quickly. I do have access to R.A.'s contracts but didn't a see a lease/option form contract. Any help would be welcomed.
