Education
i am new to the game and i know i need all the education i can get. i have signed up for a seminar called real estate investing & total asset protection. the tickets were $69.00 each but mine was free with the invitation (like i got the only free tickets). i know they are going to try to sell me something to recoup their investment for the seminar. do you advise going to these type seminars? 
Go with an open mind but buy only what you can afford. They seminar may help your research and point you to finding other things.
