Commercial Property
I have a commercial building in Somerville, MA and I have a tenant that is unwilling to make the rent payment this month which would be the last one according to his lease due to: "prior issues". I have no knowledge of any issues and they have paid each month on time with no comments, now he decides not to pay this last one. Do I have the right to just LOCK him out and keep his stuff hostage until he pays it and at the end of the month, just dispose of it and move on?? I need to get this place re-rented asap. PLEASE HELP..I am really NERVOUS and need the MONEY.
