Best Areas To Do L/O Investing
Just wanted to get some feedback from those of you who are doing these full time as to where the best areas are and in the next yr or two to do L/Os.I am wanting to move from cali as prices are too crazy here and would like your insight as where you would move to if you could specifically for this type of www.investing.I know it relies on several factors but i expect that the experienced investors in here would have some ideas and i would very much appreciate hearing www.them.Thanks in advance.

I do not own the property free and clear. I have a 15 year mortgage on it. --$500.00/month. It was my understanding that under an installment sale, the gross profit percentage is calculated and then a portion of the principal recieved is taxable and the interest that I pay is deductible as investment interest.
