Affidavit Memorandum Of Agreement

Hi Everyone,
I'm just getting started in lease/
options, use to do l/lording.I would like to
ask How do you get the seller to go along
with you to sign the above mentioned document
in front of a notary.Don't they get nervous
over that doc?

    Joseph,

The MOA does not even need to be signed by the seller. It only needs to be signed by you, then notarized, then recorded at your local clerks office.

On it should be date, your name, seller's name, address of the property, mention of the fact that your have an interest in the property, signed by you and notarized...some people like to make mention in it that their interest is a l/o agreement. But, some clerks will make you record the actual l/o agreement if it is mentioned in the MOA.

    Good Luck
