Lease Termination HELP! Please
Can anyone suggest an appropriate letter of termination for a tenant that has given us 2 days notice that he will be moving out? I am looking for an effective way of letting him know that he is breaking his lease by 2 months by his own decision thus freeing us from his returning (for any twisted reason )later on saying we evicted him. This is the same guy I recently posted about as a problem tenant/friend that was late on rents and water bills repeatedly. We are not sad to see him leave but we want to cover ourselves just in case. Any and all responses welcome.
