Lease Option Note

Has anyone sold a lease option note? I.E. if I put a house under a lease option contract how can I sell the note once the contract is inked? I know it can be done, jut don't know the details of it. Thanks in advance for all replies smile

What your doing is selling a rental agreement. I don't know too many people who would buy a rental agreement especially if you don't have the deed.

Selling a house with a renter in it is different. Selling an apartment building or multi-family home is different to. However, selling a L/O contract, I'm not sure if there is a market for it. All you would be doing is assigning the rents...but what is their investment secured by?....if the tenant doesn't pay the rent, does the investor get the house? If that's the case, sell notes and not leases. I see what and where you’re trying to go with this, but you would have an easier time selling trust deeds you created.
