Lease Option For Myself
How would I go about getting into a Lease Option for myself w/little or no money down, bad credit and for an indefinite amount of time (not 2 years)???

It's almost impossible to find those types of deals..with ALL you are asking...

You have to give up 1 and maybe all of your demands...
I do them ALL the time....and ALL my REIs are always occupied!
