Lease Option For Mobile Home
I am in state of Florida and I am interested to know if leasing a mobile home with an option to purchase to someone will workaround the dealer requirement?
To be specific,what happens when the leasee exercises thier option to buy on a specific agreed time frame..when we transfer the title to the buyer that year how will this transaction be treated?
