I would go with leaseoptionking if I were you. I did and was very pleased with his program.

Thanks for the positive feedback, ironworker1. My Boot Camp includes a lifetime of personal Mentoring by me (not some contracted company with employees who have never done a deal), all the Contracts you will need (my competitors charge almost the same amount I do for this Boot Camp just for their Contracts alone), and also includes one free guest to accompany you (cutting your actual cost in half).

From my perspective I have not seen, Patton, Conti and Finkle or Carbone posting here to help by answering questions, however I have seen the LeaseOptionKing posting good advice to those that have questions.

I will agree with LOKing on who the support team consists of, because several of my students are part of various support teams and when they get a questions not covered in their data base of how to answer a question, I normally get an email from them asking the same question so they can reply to their student.

It should not be to difficult to figure out who is there to really help a student and who is out for the dollars only.

Thank you, John. I have a tremendous amount of respect for you--due to your integrity and also due to you personally being available to answer questions from your students. I also admire your bluntness. I really have an issue with so-called GURUs who charge high fees for Mentoring and then are not available to their students OR who hire out the Mentoring, so that students talk to an hourly employee with no real-world experience who only vaguely answers general questions that they input into a computer program to receive the answer--while at the same time trying to upsell them on another product.
