Lease Option Books?
I am trying to get into lease optioning and I was wondering if anyone can recommend some thorough books on the subject. I really don't have the credit(560) to do anything else and I feel this is the way for me to go. I am also looking into John Lockes subject2 manual so if anyone could give me some pros and cons between the two i would be greatful. Thanks as always. DavidV
I bought John Locke's book and have used it one two seperate occassions. I have made a lot of money and it was certainly worth the price paid. One of the other benefits that you get is John's cell number, so if you have a question, you can call. He also has a website which also helps to answer any other questions that you have.
