Lease Option Agreement

Does anyone have a standard lease option agreement that they're willing to share with me? I want to have a template to build upon. Thanks in advance.

Wow JohnMichael! Some people might get mad at you for giving this stuff away for free! Your always on top of things and always give some great advice! Love hearing your input and suggestions.
    Thanks!

    Hi JohnMichael!

I downloaded the 3 zip files and, WOW, what a ton of info!

I have gone through the lists of files a few times now and can't find some things. I was wondering if you might be able to specify the file names I should be looking for to:

    1. L/O from seller (I found the 2 page lease, is that the right one?),
    2. assign agreement to T/B,
    3. and get a release of liability from seller?

Thank you very much for your help!

Right-click on the link. Then choose Save Target As ...

    JohnMichael,
I can't pull up those links to the Contracts (despite right clicking). Is there a way to contact you by email or can you repost them in word? Thanks.

I had the same problem. It wouldn't let me go to or save the link.

Clicking the link said... "Sorry, but the page or the file that you're looking for is not here."

Option clicking (right click) said... "The link could not be saved. The web page may have been removed or had it name changed."

And I was all ready to start sending John that 85% he wanted! (LOL)
