Lease In Spanish

Does anyone have or know of where to get a lease written in Spanish? I have new prospective tenants, and they do not speak english well. So I figured I would give them a lease in Spanish...

Anybody???

You may check with your local Latino community. They usually have some clubs/groups that may help you find a spanish lease.

For that matter, you may just want to hire a translator, and have him/ her translate & type a lease for you. I imagine it wouldn't take too long to do, and you would be paying them by the hour.

    Good Luck!

    Hey,

First, the idea of having your lease in Spanish is a great idea!. I have been providing rental flyers in English and Spanish for years and it really helps. I have to admit the lease is in English only.

Second, you need to add one clause to your lease detailing the fact that the lease is being translated to Spanish and in the event there is a conflict, the English lease takes precedents over the Spanish one.

Third, I think it is worth hiring a translator.
