Contact your state's legal bar and ask for a list of real estate lawyers in your area. You might also want to search the Martindale Hubbel directory www.martindale.com. Lastly, ask title companies and mortgage brokers who they would recommend. These folks may or may not be as "creative" as you seek but if what you want is a legal review and/or opinion, they should do just fine.
