Quit Claim And Joint Tenancy
I am an older person that wants to transfer partial ownership to another person who will be living with me. I have quite a bit of equity and although this person can come up with considerable $$,, they can't come up with 1/2 of the equity. How do I transfer owneship and set something up for the equity that will still be owed to me.? We are trying to set up a joint tenancy in case one of us dies. We don't want others trying to get ahold of the property
