Need Florida RE Lawyer For Help Setting Up Entity
Hello,
I am located in CA but I own two props in FL. (One closes in a little over a week.) As I build out my investment portfolio, I know that I need to set up protection for my assets, so I'm looking to put these props into an entity (LLC, Corp...?)
Can anyone recommend a reliable and experienced RE attorney (or CPA, whoever might be best experienced for this, I'm not sure) who would be willing to work with me long-distance? I need advice on figuring out what type of entity to set up, and then the actual setup process (with FL sec of state or whatever) and then assigning the props into the entity. Ideally I'd be interested in a flat-fee vs. hourly billing situation, of anyone knows of anyone accommodating this.
Thanks for any help! Please PM me with your reco's.
p.s. My properties are in Brevard County, if that makes any difference. Thank you!
