Member-managed Or Manager-managed LLC
We are about to incorporate our LLC in either Nevada or Delaware (no business in other state, so that NV or DE make sense for us).
My concern is, which is better in respect with liability protection: member or manager managed. There will be two major members, nevertheless I can have my other Corp to be a 2% third member and have this C-corp to manage the LLC. Any opinions on this?
