Looking For Mentor In HNL, HI
I'm looking for a generous, experienced REI to be my mentor. I have recently finished a class in RE Investing, and I am anxious to get started. I don't have money to offer, I do have my time, a willingness to do your grunt work, and a strong desire to learn in the process. I am currently work full time doing bookkeeping for a RE company, but will have my weekends free. I can devote my nights to doing research on the computer, I am able to acess listings for all properties on the Island as well as pull comps reports. I would like to tag along and observe, provide cheap labor, perform errands, do reasearch, anything within my abilities. I will commit to working hard, but have no clue in executing a transaction.
