LLC AS TRUSTEE OF A LAND TRUST
Would anyone in here know if an LLC is allowed to be a trustee of a landtrust in Pennsylvania.
Each state has there own rules. Some States do, others may not. But if any one in here might know if Pennsylvania does allow an LLC to be a trustee of a landtrust, than please let me know.
