Has Anyone Had A Trustee Give Them Trouble?
I am setting up land trusts for some rental properties. I will have a number of different trustees. I would like to know if anyone has had a trustee give them trouble and if so what type.

How have you been? I use one relative that I trust on as my "Trustee". The trust I use is revocable so that I can change who the "trustee" is at anytime using an Amendment To Trust Form without the consent of the "Trustee". So if they give you trouble, you name someone else as your "trustee".
I was advised by my attorney to use a company or a relative I could trust.
