General Manager As Limited Partner
I am interested in creating a limited partnership with an LLC acting as the general partner. If I am the owner of the LLC can I also invest my own money as a limited partner? My intent is to both earn money from the investment as well as prove to my investors that I have a personal financial stake in the company.
