Forms, Corporations,LLCs,LandTrusts
I am in the process with negotiating with a company that specializes in corp, LLC and forms preparation. They can prepare for all states.
This is just in the preliminary stage, but to help me with numbers is there any interest in this?
We have been talking about setting up a Corporation or LLC for the investor. Setting up a Land Trust for the properties and providing forms for purchase and sale or lease.
Like I said above, is there any interest in this????????
if you havn't already read this, please do. It might answer some of your questions.
I suppose the best way to answer the question, 'is there any interest in this' would be to ask you how much protection you want for your own personal property.
The different vechiales for owning land, and acquireing them all have their pros, and cons.
This might be one way to do it. Make a corportation where you have signing power. enter the corp. in a LLC with a partner to purchase the property, and sell it using a Land Contract.
I don't know if this fully answers your question, but I hope that it at least helps you get started in a different direction. [ Edited by Consultant on Date 03/17/2002 ]
What I was asking was if there was any interest in using this company to help form Nevada corporations/LLCs, to do the paperwork for Land trusts and supply forms to buy and sell real estate. If so then I will continue to negotiate special pricing for investors on this site.
I hope this clears my last post
