Financial Partnership Structure
Hello:
First of all, thanks to everyone for all the different posts and responses. These forums have really helped me get the confidence to get out there and make some of these projects happen.
Question: I have a propsective SFR rehab deal that is bigger ($'s) than I can do on my own. I have a friend who is willing to put up money (and credit if necessary) while I will handle all day-to-day activities and oversight. I am happy to share profits, but am unsure what would be fair. Does anyone have any thoughts on what his participation should merit?
