I think you are giving too much weight to a DBA. The DBA laws are on the books simply to protect the public. It is a way you can learn the true identity of a business owner. A DBA really has no other legal standing. It is not a true legal entity. It is just a means of registration which requires nothing more of the registrant. Even an easy to get LLC must have articles and bylaws.
Actually, I'm giving no weight to the DBA. I merely asked for you to elaborate your reponse.
And while I appreciate the input, and with the more detail given, agree with, it'd be nice if you leave the attitude out of it.
